Johnson and Wales has offered the opportunity to work with other students from the culinary program through our design team class. This project was to create a logo, an informational brochure on nutrition, and a placemat. This project was for therapeutic cuisine in a fictitious hospital.
The culinary team that we partnered up with had decided to base their fictitious hospital in Seattle Washington with the Space Needle as a representation of their hospitals, as well as the the mountains in Washington. They requested that their branding would have an Earthy feel and natural aesthetic, and be a simplistic design. I decided to illustrate simple icons for their nutritional facts.
